- AGAshley Gratz3 days ago1.0Only serving DoorDash or Uber at night is lazy and weird. If you don’t want to be a fast food place with a drive thru then go out of business. Tired of going to a drive thru and the employees only wanna do DoorDash because they don’t wanna use the computer. Two adults and three kids would have been $50 easy but whatever they want to close down like the other Wendy’s by Walmart at Southtown. Go to Wendy’s on DuPont they actually serve customers.

So far, I've seen 3 cars leave while we've waited. AND THE FOOD WAS ALL COLD. Nothing was freshly made at all. How can you have a downtown location that's practically dead? I'll tell you how...take drive-thru orders one at a time and don't let the next person go until the person in front of them is totally gone. But also, make them pull forward and wait for their food. Why? So it looks to corporate like you are serving customers just as fast as they get to the window. Also, don't give your customers a receipt because then they might give you a bad review. This has happened multiple times at this location to the point where it's definitely a strategy at this point. I'm shocked it's still in business. I think this might be the worst Wendy's in Fort Wayne at this point (and that's kind of saying a lot).
