I haven’t had a good experience like this at a Taco Bell in forever, to the point that even though I was craving TB I went across the street and bought a Whopper just in case. I had a really hard day today and was in too much pain to cook after work, but needed something on my stomach before I could take meds, and this made my day! I’m not going to lie at first it was frustrating because I did have to wait a little longer, but I would wait that long every time if my food always this kind of quality. Everything was warm, fresh (even the shells), and the portions were perfect, not too much and not too little. GREAT JOB!!

We ordered $100 of food, and received one burrito, one taco, and one side of potatoes. How absolutely pathetic. At that point you’re just there for a paycheck and do not care AT ALL about what you’re giving customers. New management? New owners? Knew every single employee? Do something. This is a disgrace.

Didn’t give me the Doritos taco, then you give me a normal hard shell and a cool ranch taco when I didn’t even ask for that. Then on top of it, the tacos are basically flat because there’s nothing inside. This shit is already expensive and then you can’t even make it worth it.
