  Last 3 times ive gone, there was hair on the chicken nuggets i ordered and i will be filing a health code violation complaint about such. Since recent management change and hiring, this location has gone to shit

  Waited almost 15 minutes in the drive thru on my work break for my food and when I got to the window they said they couldn’t take Apple Pay unless I come inside. All workers should first state through the speaker that there is no Apple Pay in the drive thru to not waste workers time or customers time.

  Drive Thru, told to swing around front and they would bring the food out. They must have forgotten me so after a lengthy wait in drive thru I waited another 15 minutes for the food to be brought out. Got home and the Party Pak was now falling apart. Also the lettuce was missing and barley had a strand of cheese or 2. Worst Party Pak I've ever had. Went back next day to tell them about it and lady just giggled could care less. Also no one will take your order in the lobby. U gotta use the kiosk. I give them 2 years and this location will close. It used to be great now it just is not worth going to anymore. Im out, good luck yum brands. Pizza hut is also on its way out. I guess that's where we are at these days.
