Knocked on the window and the guy opened it and said “we don’t have the drink you wanted so we didn’t give you one. Did you want something else?” ????? Yea and why are we missing our order? He said “we don’t got nothing” and literally closed the door. Worst experience ever. Didn’t fix anything, didn’t tell us they were out of anything - just took our money and closed the window. Door was locked. Added up what the difference was on the app and turns out they stole an extra $4 and some change from us. If you didn’t have what we wanted to order then you shouldn’t charge us for the things we want and then give us cheaper versions of it! Also - closing the window on us was beyond disrespectful even for a Taco Bell!
