We asked for no onions on the bean burritos. they had onions they also had lettuce and tomato, which i've never seen, you could tell the food had been under the wormer forever because the tortillas were just falling apart. I ordered a steak crunchwrap, and my tortilla was so stale that it just fell apart.

It sounded like he said pull around but who knows because he has 0 edicate over the intercom and again you could faintly hear him. We sat in the line for a solid 15 minutes. We get to the window the same gentleman apparently failed to take our order and canceled it claiming we drove away. We sat 15 minutes in a backed up one way line! Where were we going to drive to. Card in hand we asked to resubmit it he told us to pull around and reorder and gave us a hard time saying it was the only way. We asked to speak with a manager, he said he was in charge of the store. If he is... find a new leadership because he is not a fit and certainly not customer oriented. Maybe learn to not mumble in a microphone as well.
