    Constant wait times beyond 10-15 minutes. Saw multiple people order after me and received food first. No awareness for front counter until a customer yells for help.

    Today I ordered a number 13 for the menu. I tried to pay with cash, but the lady at the counter didn't know how to use the computer at all. Of course no one was able to help her so I waited patiently. She still couldn't figure it out after almost 5 min. So I told her I was going to order on the app and left. Disappointing at best

    When I order on the app, and select that I want a Regular Baja Blast freeze through DoorDash I expect for the workers at Taco Bell to give me what I paid and ordered. I am highly unsatisfied, disappointed. That Taco Bell on Lima Rd had been disappointing me for the last serval time I’ve have order from there. Whether it online or in store. All those workers never have a smile, they have a face impression that they don’t like working at Taco Bell. I’m never going back to this Taco Bell ever again. All they do is just disappoint their customers. I recommend either choosing a different Taco Bell or better yet a different fast food restaurant

    Works don't care about your food. Tried to give me a crushed taco and chicken quesadilla was cut like someone was angry at it.. Come on, show some pride in your work. You're dealing with people's food.

    Food was on point. Ps fix the app to remember your email. Should not have to login to rewards then put it in to get your receipt emailed to you.
