If you place a mobile order, the expected pick up time is not accurate as you will be pushed down to the bottom of their priority list. Placed an order for 1 FL at 11:40. Expected pick up time was 12:00. Arrived at 11:50 and waited in the parking lot until 12:00. Watched multiple people who showed up after me be helped. They didn't even start on my sandwich until they had everyone in the store served. Ended up cancelling as I only have 30 minutes for lunch. My fault for trusting the app and thinking they would treat the orders as first come first serve like literally everywhere else.

I had my kiddos in the back who were not being the most quiet and he did not get frustrated rather interacted with them through the speaker!! I have NEVER had such an amazing drive through experience!! I do not eat subway often but will definitely come back to this one next time!!
