  Online order was apparently never received after waiting for 30 mins. On my side it said it was being prepared.

  Treated rudely after ordering online. Walked in and told was going to have to wait because she said 7 people in front of me.Haven't started it yet,you do understand. No we dont. 30 minutes is plenty,if you can't handle it,dont take online orders. Beware....

  They do not value there mobile order customers. If you place a mobile order, the expected pick up time is not accurate as you will be pushed down to the bottom of their priority list. Placed an order for 1 FL at 11:40. Expected pick up time was 12:00. Arrived at 11:50 and waited in the parking lot until 12:00. Watched multiple people who showed up after me be helped. They didn't even start on my sandwich until they had everyone in the store served. Ended up cancelling as I only have 30 minutes for lunch. My fault for trusting the app and thinking they would treat the orders as first come first serve like literally everywhere else.
