I got to the store at 6:50 and waited 35 MINUTES, almost making it a whole HOUR AFTER MY PICKUP WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY. Walk-ins came in (atleast 6 people) and they HELPED THEM BEFORE MY ONLINE ORDER!! Literally needs to be closed down or new management. Would never recommend this location.

Proceeds to help the next customer without changing his gloves. He didnt great me either. Then anither worker comes out and instead of handing it to me, tossed it on the counter. Very frustrating and gross. The ingredients were fresh and everything but yeah, I'm not eating this and hoping for a refund or something.
