I had to tell them why I was here.There are 3 people working and there is no rhyme or reason to what each of them are doing. I placed my order for pick up and it was to be ready at 7:15, it’s not. There are people that came in after me that have received their orders.

Absolutely ridiculous. You can hear them talk shit to eachother and they get my sandwich wrong everytime.

To cancel, it would take me to call the store, and gal there said you have to cancel through app. They would deny my bogo, and didn't even bother listening when I requested to be wrapped separately. Filled out survey and all I got was an apology and no compensation. There sre other ones out there, take the extra time not to patronize this one. Customer is wrong here.
