There were so many flies flying around the counter, especially near the "Order Here" sign. Our group counted over 10 just swarming overhead. Even worse, we witnessed a sandwich artist placing toppings for another customer’s sub directly on the counter while the sandwich was in the oven. That was absolutely disgusting — those toppings sat on the bare counter before going into someone’s food. Cross contamination is all that went through our mind. We walked out and will not be returning to this location. Honestly makes me question how my past online orders were handled behind the scenes.

When they located it they put it in between my wife's sub and mine. I was impressed. It didn't take them much longer to get ours done and they didn't get all worked up about it like I might have. Very skilled employees.
