  The footlong we ordered was delicious! I can't say enough about what a great worker Yero is. He was working so hard to help each of the customers. Excellent employee!

  When we walked into this Subway, one of the employees was friendly and greeted us right away — unfortunately, that was the only positive part of our visit. There were so many flies flying around the counter, especially near the "Order Here" sign. Our group counted over 10 just swarming overhead. Even worse, we witnessed a sandwich artist placing toppings for another customer’s sub directly on the counter while the sandwich was in the oven. That was absolutely disgusting — those toppings sat on the bare counter before going into someone’s food. Cross contamination is all that went through our mind. We walked out and will not be returning to this location. Honestly makes me question how my past online orders were handled behind the scenes.

  Though the sandwiches are great (that's the 2 star rating). I met the rudest employee ever at the Jefferson location. I will not say her name, but she worked the night of 1/12/2020. She was extremely off-putting from the moment I said hello and asked how she was doing this evening. She spoke too fast and mumbled her words. When I asked her to repeat herself you could see her facial expression of being annoyed. She is lacking some serious customer service skills because it seemed like I was an annoyance to her, despite the place being empty. Sorry, I guess I can take my money somewhere else who treats customers better. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows. All I know is that she was very disrespectful. When I asked if they offered first-responder or military discounts, she yelled at me and the other lady at the cash register, "We're not supposed to do that here!". I can understand a business opting not to do it, because that is their choice. However, the way she responded by yelling when all that could have been said was something along the lines of "not at this time" or something similar to that. Just made her sound disrespectful.
