As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Pulled up to the drive-thru and noticed one worker (Caucasian, Slight Beard and a mustache) was being rude to customers and calling them dumb before he talked to us. We told him about our mobile orders and he told us “there were no tickets the past 3 hours” but he was very hostile and passive aggressive towards us as if we were just three dumb girls. He didn’t want to help us or ask to even see the confirmation # and email that we told him we had. Basically stole our money from us. Customer service needs to be enforced here.

I was the only vehicle and was told they would be with me shortly (twice) as I was abiut to leave i was finally able to place my order. I am now sitting in a parking spot waiting over 20 minutes so far. I am leaving without my food that I already paid for. This is BS. Now I am out just over $5 with no food and no choice because I have to pick up my granddaughter from school and stop somewhere else to get her sandwich!

I got a chicken sandwich combo and fries, everything came out hot and fresh. The place looked clean too which I liked. Not the best I ever had but honestly pretty good for a quick bite, I’d stop by again.
