As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

And kept my two cents. To some people, it's whatever no big deal. But when I pay with cash, I expect to get my change back. I like throwing it into my coin jar. If I had paid with card or gave a quarter instead of a dime, I would've gotten proper change back. So that left a bad taste in my mouth, right off the bat. So then they asked, after they handed my fires, if I wanted ketchup with that, I said no thanks but could I get some ranch instead? They said that would be $0.75. I'm like wow, kept my change and charging me for a condiment that should really be free. I hate when restaurants do this. So yeah this Rally's location I will not be ordering from anymore. Hopefully the others in town are alot nicer than this. These guys were half asleep there swearing up a storm about something. 1/5 stars. The fries are still the best part about them tho.

And this is what I pulled out of my sandwich! And I just can’t bring myself to eat it anymore. The people who served me the food were nice. I just don’t understand how this happens.
