As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I was with my little cousin to get him some food and at the window; this man opened the window and just told us to get off of his property accusing my cousin of recording him and his property. My cousin is usually absorbed into his phone so his phone is super close to his face. The man kept saying that my cousin was recording him and that whenever the man looked over at us then my cousin would put his phone down. My cousin said he would put the phone down because he thought someone was coming over to take our money for the food but it was just a man telling us to get out. We tried to explain to him that we weren’t recording him and offered to show him my cousin’s photos and videos if he was upset but he kept telling us that this was private property and to get off of it. I understand his point of view but at least let someone explain their side without being so rude and continuously berating someone to get off the property. We also have never been to this rally’s either and we have never met this man ever. We were met with a rude attitude when we just wanted to get food but that whole experience just ruined our day.
