The ingredients I read reaffirmed what I was tasting. However after I seen who Portillo’s investors are, it made sense. They aren’t exactly known for quality. I won’t be eating Portillo’s again. You lost a first time customer over trying to be as cheap as possible with a 1oz dressing forcing me to throw away a $12 salad which made me feel sick from just a few bites.
