On Saturday, I ordered a pizza for my family that was supposed to be delivered between 11:44 PM and 11:56 PM. We didn’t get the pizza until 12:48 AM. By then, the entire house was asleep and no one even got to enjoy the food. I called the store the same day to report the issue. The manager, Leanne, told me the only thing she could offer was a $25 credit. I explained that a credit would be fine but it needed to cover my entire order, which was around $33. She refused and said she couldn’t do that because it was “handled the same day,” which made absolutely no sense. On top of that, her tone was rude and dismissive. Mistakes happen—but it’s how a business chooses to make things right that shows their customer service. In this case, it was extremely disappointing. I do not recommend ordering from the St. Joe Rd location. Take your money elsewhere—your time and business will be better respected.
- VVVoltronNov 7, 20252.0The tavern Pizza came out extremely burnt. I did not even ask for it. Well done at all. The taco pizza miraculously looks undercooked. I don't know how they made that happen. And then when I received my order magically they also forgot the breadsticks. If the gentleman working wasn't so high and smiley maybe he could have remembered what the order was. That was on the screen that he stood there for 2 minutes staring at it. Next time I'll just go to Walmart and pick up some frozen pizza
