- JLJake LeeNov 10, 20251.0Didn't get my pizza.explaid it was ordered at wrong store was supposed to go to New heaven ppl at Maple Crest store by state would transfer it over for me and while in New heaven parking lot trying to get it straightened out because I was charged for it out my account.well wouldn't u know new heaven called the law one for sitting out side there store at papa johns and they new because they was told what happen but yet called the law and 9 cops home and as I'm leaving the cops put there flash lights in my face as I'm pulling away so that I'm blind driving at night because of there bright vehicle lights and them aiming there flash lights at my face while standing by there cop cars.so I not only got ripped off by papa johns and jerked around by them I was harassed by law at the same time so to worst help ever by papa johns both new heaven and Maplecrest are very very not employee handling well.i give a zero and thumbs down on customer service and having the law harassment happen and the law making my seeing at night blinding me with flash lights

Food Cold , I have dash pass I would’ve just gotten a free delivery if I knew it was a door dasher . Missing item , dasher blames them , they blame the dasher . After reading all the other reviews I see it’s a common occurrence . If you’re doing pickup maybe keep going there , but just get the delivery from another location you’ll Thank yourself .
