However, when I asked the cashier, Lennox, about my order, their response was abrupt and unhelpful—they simply told me it was “around the wall.” After waiting a bit longer, I approached the counter again and was met with a rude “What do you need?” When I explained I was still waiting for my order, Lennox walked away without further assistance. Thankfully, Becky, who was managing the drive-thru, overheard and immediately stepped in. She quickly put my order together and made sure I received it right away, even though it wasn’t her area. I really appreciated Becky’s professionalism and willingness to help—she understood the importance of good customer service. I recommend additional training for Lennox on customer interaction and communication. Becky deserves recognition for going above and beyond.
