  My review is of this McDonald’s first of all. With that, just know this is McDonald’s and the bar is pretty low. I have been to this McDonald’s 100+ times because it is close to my house. Great looking from the outside and fairly newer renovation I believe. I almost always go around dinner so I can’t speak for the morning but I would say 9/10 times I go the lobby/dining area is trashed. The drink station is almost always sticky with pop residue and it seems they only wipe it down at the end of day. There is never any napkins so I couldn’t even clean it myself or nobody can clean up after themselves. For fast food now the service is okay but I have heard the managers yell at the other workers frequently. My main complaint is that nothing ever seems to be made to order. I have probably ordered 100+ mcchickens from there and have not once gotten a freshly made one. I think they staff does a good job (for what they’re paid) but if I had to assume and from my little experience, the management needs to change or at least more training. The poor kid or young man did not deserve to be ridiculed when he was trying his best. This experience wasn’t today but it has happened in past visits.

  Told me they didn't have food that they actually did have because they didn't want to make it not a McDonald's fan at this location probably won't go back

  Waited 15 minutes and nobody took my order in drive through but the other line was moving. Thought they might have had an issue with the drive through equipment. Tried pulling up to window to speak with somebody as for a little bit I was the only one in line. Nobody came. I made eye contact with multiple people and still nobody came. Then the 2nd window employee pops her head out and just looks at me. I drive up to speak with her. She asks my order and I tell her that I didn’t even get to give my mobile order code yet and she immediately cuts me off and tells me that she can’t help me because I am out of line and that she just took everyone’s order. I waited 20 minutes for somebody to be rude to me and not get the breakfast I paid for. I would love to hear from management on this. I was not the only person in line who ended up leaving either. The car in front of me waited so long they just left.

  I usually don’t write reviews, but this visit honestly deserved one. I ordered a Quarter Pounder and it was one of the worst fast-food meals I’ve had in a while. The burger was barely warm, the cheese wasn’t even melted, and the patty tasted old like it had been sitting out forever. The bun was squished flat, and the whole thing looked like it was thrown together in two seconds. For the price, it definitely wasn’t worth it. What made it worse was the staff. They were rude from the moment I walked in — no greeting, eye-rolling when I asked a simple question, and they acted like I was annoying them just by ordering. When I politely asked if my food could be remade because it was cold, the employee literally sighed and gave me attitude instead of helping. Overall, terrible service and terrible food. Definitely not the McDonald’s experience you’d expect, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
