This location is pretty good and got my order right through the drive thru but when I ordered online I didn't get my drink one time and a second time the guy forgot my dessert. So annoying 🙄. Not my favorite location but is okay.

By far the most incompetent McDonald's in Fort Wayne area. Every. Single. Time there is an issue. Ordered Hot Honey sauce 4x and they have the audacity to give me 2 Hot Mustard. When I go back, an employee sees me waiting in the drive thru and she wants to be on her phone instead of worrying about what I need.

Last three times I've went through the drive-thru my order has been wrong, and I keep paying with cash so I get no receipt. Its always that young guy at the second window who is definitely not paying any attention to the orders he's handing out.

Whoever was working the grill on February 17th at 5:30 needs to do some serious soul searching. Clearly you hate your job and can’t comprehend what a quarter pounder is supposed to look like, here’s a hint, not this. Burnt to a crisp, wafer thin, disgusting. Horrible. Get new people. This is all I had to eat after a 12 hour shift. Will never be back and don’t recommend anyone ever coming here.

My husband ordered ahead for curbside had to wait 45 minutes for our food. He had to walk in to finally get our food where nobody was getting served. Then when he got our food and got home we were missing our hash browns. Then when he called to get it fixed they HUNG UP on him. This isn’t the first time we have had bad service from this McDonalds I’m very disappointed with the way we have been treated
