Notified manager once she got on the phone that employee was rude and very unprofessional. Currently waiting on refund.

What's worse is they will say it's out for delivery, but sometimes the sandwich hasn't even been made yet.

I have never had a pleasant greeting from the staff here. No “hello”, “good afternoon”, or “how are you?” They just stare at you in disgust and ask what you need. To make things worse, they blast their own personal playlists which are far from professional, the store stinks and has you wondering if the food is even safe to eat, they have their infants behind the counter. It’s hard to believe that the owner has not disciplined his staff or found new employees.

They contract with Uber Eats for deliveries and apparently feel no obligation to make customers whole when there are delivery issues. Update: My sandwich did eventually show up, but I have no idea when or how because no one contacted me or even bothered to ring my doorbell when dropping it off late. No idea how long it sat outside before I noticed it. Rating improved from one to three stars.
