Went in yesterday for lunch to pickup 2 sandos (which were delicious), and because of the weather, only one gentleman was running the whole show! One guy making the bread, prepping the meats, slicing the garden, stocking the cheese, the chips, refilling lids, cleaning tables; all of this making in-store, online orders, and running the reggie. I wish I had gotten his name, cuz the dude deserves a shout-out. I was there around 1pm, and the guy said he'd been there since 5:30am, alone. That's an all-star. If I owned a restaurant, I would've tried to steal him in the spot. 6 stars!
