  Waited 30 minutes for delivery and then when we didn't get it, they wanted us to pick it up. It's delivery for a reason.

  I first off want to say that I love Jimmy John's the food is always delicious delivery driver was very kind. I just have questions I spoke to Jimmy John's and tell me a franchise can charge however much they want. With that being said the delivery fee for Jefferson is $2 . Delivery fee for Auburn$2 delivery fee Jimmy John's on Illinois I was charged $5 one road difference. I asked if I can get my $3 back they said no. I completely understand that. if you love Jimmy John's any need delivery please check around for one. I'm not trying to discourage you their food on Illinois road is delicious but if you need delivery it is a $5 delivery fee instead of $2 delivery fee.based on where I work and because of the delivery fee I have decided to use another location .You do have a great product, you have a great team, I just don't like paying $3 more for delivery best of luck to you guys. Really really good food .and I am sad writing this just wanted to talk to the manager

  Really good sandwich. Really great service. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch. Never had one before but glad I ordered it. I can't say how good this sandwich it. If I were to put it into one word I would say fire. Definitely will be back.

  I’ve never been to a “bad Jimmy John’s”UNTIL this location on Illinois Rd. in Southwest Ft. Wayne. Tonight is the second time I’ve paid extra to add bacon, and I get home to find no bacon $2.00 charge each time. No refund option on the app. The last time I was there prior to this evening I literally saw an employee quit on the spot and walk out as I was waiting for my food. It was a pretty loud commotion and awkward (but funny too hahaha this gal was PISSED). Overall not a well run restaurant. Beware.

  The bread was WAY overcooked, someone could have broken a tooth. The staff needs to learn that if you mess up on something; throw it away, dont pass it along to the customer. The topping on the sandwich were fine, but it's not a sandwich if you can eat the bread.
