Waited 30 minutes for delivery and then when we didn't get it, they wanted us to pick it up. It's delivery for a reason.

The bread was WAY overcooked, someone could have broken a tooth. The staff needs to learn that if you mess up on something; throw it away, dont pass it along to the customer. The topping on the sandwich were fine, but it's not a sandwich if you can eat the bread.

I’ve been here 3 times and each time I go they mess something up on my sandwich. If I were you I’d double check your sandwich before leaving.

I get that this place just opened but for Christ sake it’s not rocket science to follow an online order. I ordered avocado spread for $2 extra and I get home to no spread. I also ordered for pick up at 5:15 and waited in their poorly laid out drive thru and didn’t receive my food on time. Where has the work ethic gone over the last 10 years? Terrible first impression of this location. I won’t be back but best of luck to this location.
EDIT: took a review as instructed by this general response from the company. Was informed I was to contacted within 48 hours; it’s been atleast 4 days now. And their rating continues to plummet!

Was extremely excited for this Jimmy John’s to open. My family stopped over this evening via drive through for a couple of sandwiches after a zoo trip. Drove home (15 minutes) and served up dinner. 2 of our 3 sandwiches had LONG HAIRS IN THEM. Called the store asked for a manager. Told the manager of my issue with the voice of frustration but no cussing or dehumanizing on my end. Manager did not apologize and in fact told me she was not going to help me with the tone I had. Continued to say this and finally I said I’m not cussing or yelling at you. She said she would offer a solution of remaking my sandwiches. I said absolutely not because I live 15 minutes away and we were already in the thick of dinner time with three kids ages two and under. She then said I could have a refund but I would have to come into the store to receive the refund. I said I would do the refund and she responded OK and then hung up the phone on me. Being somebody who is in sales as well as management I can truthfully say this manager is not cut out for running the store. Going in tomorrow for my refund so we’ll see how that works out.
