  Waited in lobby over 30 minutes for 1 sub very unprofessional seen manager walk in and out back on phone hitting vape laughing when received meal bread was hard spoke with store manager chance got refund

  Pre-corporate greed/ pre-fascism Jimmy John’s was decent. Now you pay $10 for an ounce of turkey and a teaspoon of avocado and a bunch of stale bread. I was shocked at the portions.

  Sandwich full of slimy lettuce, had a few bites before I noticed. Sick all night and calling the health department this morning. Don't do it, not worth it.

  The 2 stars is for the fact the fountain pop always tastes like chemicals. They dont rinse the machine enough after cleaning it. My friend got me a drink as a surprise but as soon as I took a drink I know I had to dump it. Do better, Dupont. Also the link doesnt work to "tell them more" about how the pop tastes like chemicals from cleaning.

  Wow! Don't get toasted subs. Mine were hard and barely any meat inside and one missing it's cheese. The one not toasted was hard as well. $26 spent with none being any good. Very disappointing. Should have known better as Jimmy John's has always been skimpy on meat and cheese IMO esp for the price you pay. I've always liked the flavor of their bread , but bread to meat ratio is way off. I'll keep going to Penn station.
