  I loved the Chimi Mexicana and the dragon fruit drink was an excellent. The server if I remember correctly was George. He recommended the flan for dessert, and it was definitely the right choice; it had a very homemade flavor, smooth and delicious. Excellent service, a pleasant atmosphere, and an experience I would definitely repeat.

  Our group had 11 people for dinner to celebrate a birthday. Sadly our server was not capable of handling a large party. Our table was in the bar and there may have been 2 or 3 other tables with two tops, so it was definitely not busy. It took around 20 minutes to get our first round of drinks. Then another 20 to place our food order. You could visibly tell our server needed help, but none of her coworkers nor the manager bothered to help her. It was almost as if they wanted her to fail. One of our friends never ended up getting his meal. We were not able to get a second round of drinks because no one came back to offer. The bartender had zero patrons at his bar top, and couldn’t be bothered to help bring our drinks out to the table for the only round we were able to order. So, the drinks sat there waiting for our waitress to come get them. When our food finally came, someone just brought the trays out and left them sit. We almost started handing our food out ourselves because no one came and the food was getting cold. The managers excuse was that the waitress just started last week and told him she could handle the large party. As a manager I would think you would be present to offer help and check in on your large party tables. But, he could only offer apologies for her slowness. He couldn’t even be bothered to help clear our empty plates while talking to our group. Or, offer to put an order in for more drinks. We were ready to leave and we couldn’t find our server, to ask for our bills. The manager said he couldn’t help us because she had the tablet and that she would be there shortly. Our dinner reservation was at 8:00, so this place was not busy. This waitress was setup to fail by her manager and coworkers who were not willing to step in and help. The food was great, but we will not be back. I do not wish to spend money in a place that would rather let an employee fail than help to enhance the customer experience.

  The food was excellent. The atmosphere was quiet enough to have conversation with friends during a long lunch. The menu is new and different but includes old favorites.

  We ordered Quesabirrias, guacamole and queso for dinner. The only two things I would change is adding an additional tortilla onto the Quesabirrias since the single ones tear very easily. The birria soup did not have any meat in it, and it would have been a bonus to have that.
