I give credit where credit is due, I was put on to this tissi by New York chicken influencer Johnny Novo who rated it the 3rd best tissi in the United States. Fresh Thyme is the only grocer in the Fort Wayne area in the top 5. And let me tell you, this bird has motion. What is motion? It’s hard to explain, but you either have it or you don’t, and this bird has it. It has taste, the seasoning penetrates deep in the breast. There isn’t a bad bite. I enjoyed this bird in the tabled area behind the cash registers which upon feeling uncomfortable, I’m 90% sure is an employee area. To the employees of Fresh Thyme, I’m sorry, and thank you. I don’t know if this is a good grocery store, but I’m pretty sure if you make chicken this good, you do other things pretty dang great as well.
