Nasty. The cashier didn’t have a clue what she was doing so the guy putting condiments on burgers came up to help her. He left his gloves on to type into the cash register and handle cash. Then, just walked back to started handling burgers again without changing his gloves. Take a little more pride in your work especially when you work in food service where you can get people sick. So gross.

They are going to mark your pickup order ready 30 minutes before it actually is and then tell you they have no control over the fact it told me it was complete and ready for pickup. I know how these systems work. Your speed on the corporate end isn’t more important than making sure customers get factual updates on their food. Everyone is irritate. Many customers are upset because the app has told them it was ready well before it was. Idc if it really takes 30 mins. I’d just like an accurate notification it’s ready when it really is so I don’t screw myself over having to stand there for 30 mins.

Second time in a week, grilled cheese sandwiches were cold, so were the fries. . The cheese was barely melted. Our sandwiches looked like they had been sat on; flat as a pancake. My Cajun fries had so much spice I couldn't eat them. I'm seriously rethinking returning. After a decade of excellent service, the last two have been a HUGE disappointment.

I waited 20 minutes for an order of fries. They weren't hot. No apologies for the wait. I had a less than wonderful experience last time I visited this location - I won't return.

Dinner. Takeout. Friday. 8pm. It must be REALLY hard to count to 3. If you order anything other than the typical menu (for instance, extra meat patty) items they will ALWAYS forget it. They'll charge you for it but conveniently forget it. I have been here multiple times and this has happened. They'll give you the extra patty in a box if you catch it but 3/4 times I have been here lately, I've always checked my burgers and surprise! Missing patty, wrong condiments or missing condiments. The food used to be really good and service was always spot on but they've hired people that either maliciously mess your order up or are just too careless to care. Managers best fix is "come in and we'll give you a free item.".. Do you really want to deal with this multiple times when it's evident that the crew will mess your order up? Ownership needs to clean house, properly retrain and pay for employees that will care.
