We love their burgers and fries! The only complaint would be the integrity of the bun. I know they load up your burger but they bottom bun does stand a chance to staying together through eating it. But overall great meat quality and we love that they for the French fries in peanut oil.

Had a horrible burger a month ago, but thought it was just a bad day! But I was wrong! Went Sunday and ordered 2 burgers and fries! Both burgers weren’t even close to what I ordered! One had pickles that didn’t order, ordered lettuce, but no lettuce, ordered relish, but no relish, got bacon that didn’t order! (Don’t eat bacon). Other burger, ordered lettuce and pickles, got jalapeño ! Both burgers and fries were cold! Also ppl act like they don’t want work! You guys gotta do a better job! Won’t be coming back for a very long time, may try again down the road to see if they get it together, because I use to eat there every couple weeks. But not for awhile !!!

Just ordered from Uber Eats and this is what my bag looks like… You SERIOUSLY need to do a better job with your temper stickers. This does not give me a peace of mind at all, the delivery driver could’ve easily tempered with the food with it being like this which I don’t believe the driver is at fault since I tipped 15 dollars. Not only that but my food can easily get cold with it being exposed like this. It’s common sense that the sticker should be in the center with the bag folded, I don’t understand how you could’ve messed up this badly. DO BETTER! I’m very disappointed and frustrated

We watched not one but five customers who either arrived for their mobile order after us or customers who did in store orders get their food before us. We were ignored for the first ten minutes, before anyone even talked to us. Then they proceeded to take well over 40 minutes to even get the fries (which according to them was the only thing they needed to finish before they could give us our food). I can understand being busy but this is the third time I’ve come here to this five guys and I’ve learned my lesson. I’ll find a different location if I’m ever interested in maybe wasting over an hour of my life waiting on fast food.

The cashier Tsega L. got frustrated that we were using a giftcard. He didn't actually say what our total was, he just looked at us with a blank stare. Very unprofessional. Won't be coming back to this location. Teach your employees to be more courteous. Food was good though.
