So I looked at the donuts they had and placed my order 20 mins went by and no one had done my order. Then a new customer walked in got helped right away and was served the donuts I had already purchased and then when I brought that up the employee rudely said well then what do you want to do. I will not be back to this establishment

I said “um” I was getting ready to add food and she cut me off with my total. I sat there at the speaker and was yelling saying I wasn’t done. I did not pull forward. They did not come back on. Their drive-through is in the front of the store so they can see that I’m still sitting there. I did not get to place the rest of my order so I drove off. I called the store and asked to talk to a manager. I was told that there was no manager and that she was the shift lead. I expressed my complaint and she proceeded to argue with me saying that it was miscommunication did nothing to make it right at all. She did sense that I was unhappy and then tells me there is a district manager there if I would like to speak with him. Why wouldn’t she let me speak with the manager to begin with when that’s who I asked for.
