  I had a strawberry dragonfruit refresher, and the drive thru was able to make it fairly seamlessly with black tea instead of green.

  !!!!!!!!!!!!THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never written a Google Review but this experience was SO BAD I made an account to share how utterly awful, insulting and incompetent the staff, owner and management at this location are. I was in town with my BOSS and she wanted to get some coffee and donuts before we headed to the Grand Wayne Center. I do not go to Dunkin’ Donuts ever, so I am unfamiliar with their menu. She simply wanted to get a small Matcha with 1% Milk and Raspberry Syrup, a strawberry donut and 10 Munchins. We even took a couple minutes parked out front to log onto our phones and make sure we could order properly. I have terrible social anxiety and am autistic and wanted to make sure the transaction would go smooth as possible. Upon pulling up to the window I ordered the drink and donuts. I asked multiple questions about the sweetness of the drink, etc. and was treated like an absolute idiot by the aggressive lady over the drive thru. She insulted my voice, calling me a lady (I am a 6’4” man?!) and then proceeded to tell me that I COULD NOT change the drink I had ordered. Made me absolutely embarrassed in front of my BOSS. And then proceeded to go get a man who came onto the intercom and continued to tell us that the drink was “already made” and we HAD to pay. At this point I lost my cool. We were still in the middle of ATTEMPTING to order. How was the drink already made?! Plus it was ICED and not HOT like I had tried to order?!?Complete and utter nonsense. I had not even paid them yet. I told the man that he was acting very rude, and he was. He then YELLED at me and said if I didn’t pay for the drink I DID NOT want that there was no way they would make another one. At this point my boss leaned over and told them to go where the sun doesn’t shine. We drove off. This man was still yelling into the void over the intercom. Went to the Starbucks down the street where we spent $35 and were treated like human beings. I even tipped the girl there $10 as the DuPont Starbucks is excellent and they made my Boss’s drink perfectly with a little extra time and care which is ALL we wanted. I even know it is a little hassle, and I tip well because of it. Having worked in food service for years, this was the most insulting experience I have EVER had, and I lived in Chicago for a decade. I always treat service workers well because they are severely underpaid. These people don’t give one hoot about their business. The owner is mean and a nasty piece of work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I have had better service at a gas station in rural Iowa. I called and reported the entire incident to @DunkinCorperate , this location needs shut down immediately. I can only hope they respond, but have little faith anything will come from it. Reading all the other 1 star reviews made me at least understand these people are consistently HORRIFIC to their customer base. These people are miserable and almost made me bust a forehead vein at 8am over a small Matcha. Had to take a deep breath and recenter. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go anywhere else for coffee, especially if you don’t want to be screamed at. Being autistic I avoid social situations and this was a terrible start to a really big day at work where I needed to be focused and alert. My Boss was horrified, but it made for some interesting talk at the table that evening. Luckily we are very close and she laughed it off, but it was still highly embarrassing and completely inappropriate behavior. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!! Karma is a circle, the owner will eventually reap what he sows. I hope this review will be helpful for others, especially autistic or neurodivergent folks.   We went through the drive thru around 6pm. There was maybe 1 guy working taking orders and making drinks. We ordered 2 coffees. My husband watched the guy take a sip of one of them and then put the lid on. The other was over flowing and dripped all over my husbands lap and all over my car. After drinking some of my coffee I had a funny feeling in my throat and chest. It was similar to the sensation of drinking alcohol. I told my husband and he said he was feeling the same thing and he thought it was just him. We ultimately decided not to drink our drinks. A huge waste of money. I’m terribly disappointed and disgusted.
