  The service was good, drink served hot. Tasted good. Overall it was an ok experience. Recommended for quick coffee, donut, etc.

  I brought my granddaughter for a donut, right at closing time. I felt bad but they could not have been nicer. The place was very clean. Then unfortunately, my granddaughter spilled milk all over the floor. They were so kind about it. Thank you for being so understanding.

  Ordered 2 $6 meal deals and a 25 ct munchkin. They handed me the munchkin box and 2 coffees. No food. Then asked "What do you need?" ( When I didn't immediately pull off as they were very preoccupied with the drive through time. ) I let them know I didn't get my food for the meal deals. The (I'm assuming Manager) says , So you didn't get anything? I explained what they already handed me and what I was waiting on. She storms off with a tude.. Then they handed me a very light feeling bag, and tried to quickly shoo me off again, which I opened it before pulling off. In the bag was 1 sandwich and 1 hashbrown. The assumed manager lady was absolutely NOT happy with me at this point, which I remained kind and patient with them over the whole matter. She told them to make the sandwich and hash brown. Handed it to me and I left. But I don't understand why she was upset with me or treated me like I was such a nuisance?? I won't come back to Dunkin. They mess up to many orders anymore, then have the audacity to treat the customer like it's their fault. I'll pay a little extra at SB or BB for better service.

  First time to this location and will definitely be the last. There was a sign posted on the door saying people can't come inside and had to use the drive through so we watched as each new person went to the door pulled it and it was locked. The girl working drive through was told our order of 3 turkey sausage egg and cheese croissants 1 with cheddar cheese and the other 2 with American cheese, 1 regular sausage egg and cheese croissant and 1 french vanilla coffee. She'd first put only the 3 turkey sausage ones with American cheese and verbally said "iced coffee", we corrected her saying 1 of those had cheddar cheese and she literally took off 2 of them and just had that 1 with cheddar and the hot coffee. My sister again advised there were a total of 4 croissants...1 regular sausage egg and cheese croissant, 1 turkey sausage egg and cheese croissant with cheddar cheese, and 2 turkey sausage egg and cheese croissants with American cheese as well as a French vanilla hot coffee not iced then reiterated only 1 turkey sausage egg and cheese croissant with cheddar cheese (I'm kosher so I don't eat American cheese slices because they typically have pork in them...lil tidbit for the reader). So we get to the window, did the exchange, pulled into an adjacent parking lot to begin eating with another car of family when we realized my mom wasn't given her coffee smh 😒. So while my nephew walked back to the drive through window to show the receipt to receive the forgotten coffee, I bit into my croissant just to realize my egg was cold like frozen still while the bread and sausage was warm. I mean it literally felt like icicles when touching it. Of course I said something to my family and my sister's pork sausage one's egg was the same 😩 sooo having a cold egg on the sandwich threw off the taste and made the bottom croissant bread mushy in texture like the ice melted into it. Everything else was right but that's way too much wrong for me to ever recommend this location. Made the pit stop for a quick breakfast (before getting on the highway) a waste of time, energy, words, and my anticipating taste buds because that was the only thing I was going to eat. Georgetown location and even the old one that used to be in the downtown library have never made these mistakes and expected repeat customers...they are and were wonderful. This was absolutely ridiculous.
