They care about only donut orders last. Waited 15 minutes for 3 donuts is ridiculous. This is the third time it's happened. Don't use the in store kiosk.

Headed to work and you’re trying to figure out why is going on I just want a coffee…….. Actually can back coffee wasn’t made as ordered, the young ladies seem to wait until after I ordered and paid to then began to prepare it. Meanwhile I’m sitting in line waiting to head to work. It’s just slow and employees aren’t customer friendly nor efficient.

They couldn’t do an assortment of the munchkins because they only had 2 kinds available, which is okay if they had a busy morning. But, they are hard, dry and cold. I don’t normally have an issue with this Dunkin’ but the staff today… not great. I asked to add a sandwich at the window and got a snotty response. There was one person behind me and maybe a few people inside, they were not “too busy” to add a single sandwich.

They couldn’t hear through the drive through and made it clear I didn’t talk loud enough. Store doesn’t answer the phone and the voice mailbox is full…maybe of complaints. Server would not tell me her name. 2pm 1/24/26. All the best to you!
