  They're always short staff so it makes it a little rough it plan to be there for a while but everything else is good

  I tried the one on Lima and Coldwater too, but this one is the best one to me. They always get the drink right, and I haven't had any communication issues. Better than McDonald's for a frappe. They add all the extra caramel I want, and I don't have to fight for it! Lots of little treats to pick from. Turkey sausage tastes amazing and they have breakfast all day!

  To start they don’t want to take your order they want to rush your order, fallow by not even taking it properly and ending with you saying thank you and they closing the window in your face. I had to sound my horn and ask for my receipt again so she can just throw it at me and close the window as i’m saying thank you. If you don’t like your job please quit and go do something else.

  Forgot half of what we asked for. The. When I went in to get it fixed I was only met with extremely rude glares and attitude about getting it "fixed" probably the worst service I have ever received at a place like this.

  very disappointed. I walked in and ordered two coffees with my boyfriend from the kiosk. I typed in what I order every time. I do add a few things to my drinks, but ive worked at similar franchises and never had this problem. the employees here should be able to read the sticker and provide the exact thing I asked for. The first time they called out the drink, it was missing cookie butter cold foam, I hate confrontation, and normally refuse to say anything but I paid $7 for a coffee, id like to get what I paid for. I mentioned it to an employee, and she put regular cold foam on it. once again, not what I asked or paid for. then I got frustrated and took the drink anyway. after a minute or so my boyfriend went back up and had it remade. they then made me a cookie butter cloud latte, with the cookie crumbles on top. once again. not what I asked for. I order my drink (a dunkalatte) so I specifically don't have to deal with soggy cookie at the bottom of my drink. overall, im very upset and disappointed in the service here. I come through the drive thru at least 3x a week and have never had a problem, until coming inside. if I were you, id recommend not coming inside, and just go to the drive thru. they clearly prioritize their to go customers over their dine in customers.
