  This place needs an overhaul. Firstly, I had to order on a screen, which was aggravating. Then we didn't get 1 of our 2 orders of bagel minis. Then I noticed we didn't get our hash browns. I had to go back up twice for the missing items. It took over 20 minutes to get everything. It's too disorganized.

  After reading multiple reviews from others in the area, I would have to agree this is probably the worst Dunkin’ in town. When you order something that says it’s available in the app, only to be told at the window that it is somehow not available/out of stock, multiple times in a year’s span- on top of the constant occurrences of just not receiving something you ordered that is in stock with the rest of your items (or the wrong item), it is extremely frustrating and turns me off from buying anymore fast food in general, let alone Dunkin’. You also can’t even get a refund for the OOS items at the store- they make you go through the customer support online that doesn’t give any type of real time assurance you are even going to get the refund you are requesting. Shop local if you want coffee at this point. My faith in national food chains is at an all time low with how often this kind of thing happens.

  I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and order of hash browns and snacking bacon. BEST BEST food from any dunkin I have been too. I ordered a medium lattes with butter pecan, cream, and sugar, ABSOLUTELY fantastic. Service was FANTASTIC I believe at the time it was Justice, Riley, and Liv that were working those ladies make my day every time I come thru the drive thru. GREAT attitudes within them all.

  This is the worst DD location to get coffee and donuts. I’ve been here a handful of times lately and I’m disappointed every time. My coffees are never the same each time and my munchkins are dry and don’t have enough glaze on them. The service is a bit slow too. Thankfully I have a better DD in my hometown. 1 month later: I gave it another chance. Donuts were still so dry. The edges of my sandwich were burnt too and I didn’t know until I was almost home. I don’t get it. I can go to the DD in Warsaw and get the best service and most delicious donuts. Why can’t this DD be the same way? Maybe they need more training? IDK. I’ve also noticed that when I order more than 3 things, I’m always made to pull to the front of the store to wait, but there is no one ever behind me and there almost never any parking spots because they’re being taken up by the other stores customers. It’s really frustrating. PLEASE FIX THIS. I love this location, but service and food suck.

  Everytime I come 1. There is rarely ever any donuts made and if there is it’s the oddest selection & 2. The girls working are just so rude and disrespectful. I’ve tried time and time again to give the benefit of the doubt and each time I am reminded why I would rather go to the one alllll the way out north instead of right by my house.
