Upon bringing it up, the manager went INSTANTLY into arguing with me. This was as easy as re-ringing the order up and charging me the correct price, but this guy chose to argue, tell me I’m wrong, and let me walk out despite the discrepancy. Now Dunkin customer service chat line more than made up for it, and I appreciate the company for making it right, but that behavior toward a customer who was not in the wrong, should be unacceptable. I wasn’t asking for free food. I wasn’t asking for any discount. Simply to be charged the correct amount because there was a mistake with the kiosk. There’s 2 other Dunkin’s in the area, save yourself the headache.
