    I will never go to this location again. I placed an online order in which my husband picked up. It was a simple iced coffee with oat milk and sugar. I tried a sip, and it tasted like straight chemicals. It didn’t taste right at all. So I had my husband try it to make sure it wasn’t just me, and he threw up. Never again!!

    I’ve been here many times never had bad service and I love the way everyone greets you with a smiles. My only complaint would be like today where I ordered chocolate cold foam and got regular, but it’s totally okay because the people are awesome!

    As any new established theres always little ticks here and there but they're striving to be 100% each and every time, and they definitely take care of their guests 💛

    Seeing the manager help so much was super nice to see. The cashier was super sweet. Everyone in the store worked efficiently. Love that we can enjoy a Dunkin in the South side of Fort Wayne.

    No proper menu and being forced to download the app in the drive thru is a huge inconvenience to customers. Don't appreciate that at all. My Macchiato was alright, not made the way any other Dunkin does it but that is probably just a short term training thing.
