When I called I got no explanation about where my food went they just said they delivered it don’t know where it went all they asked me if I need a refund or want them to re-make the food I had to wait for 1.5 hour for my food to be delivered. Very unprofessional.

I’m not sure his position in the company but he should be groomed for more responsibility and elevated asap
