Delivered on time, but order was wrong. Sausage on the cheese side and wrong modifications to the garlic bread.

Ordered food from this location and had an issue with my order. When I called to complain, I was told that because I didn’t call the exact same day, they refused to do anything about it. That alone is frustrating, but what really sealed it was the store manager’s attitude — incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
A company that stands behind its product should care about customer issues, not hide behind technicalities. This location clearly does not. I was given zero attempt at resolution and treated like my concern didn’t matter at all.
Because of this experience, I will never do business with this Domino’s again, and honestly won’t support a company that allows managers to treat customers this way. I’ve already disputed the charge with my bank, as suggested by their own employee, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to stay far away.
Unfortunate experience, but lesson learned. Nobody out-pizzas the Hut.

I recently placed an order using a coupon for a free medium one-topping pizza. Nowhere on the coupon did it state that it was limited to certain locations. To make sure I wasn’t just getting something for free, I even added an extra item so I would still be paying for part of the order.
When I arrived to pick it up, the staff told me they wouldn’t accept the coupon and claimed it wasn’t valid at their store—even though the coupon didn’t list any restrictions. I didn’t bring enough money to cover the full price of the pizza, only the extra item I ordered, so I ended up having to cancel my entire order after already driving there.
What made the situation frustrating was the lack of flexibility or kindness from the manager. It was a medium pizza, and it was already prepared. Instead of working with me or showing a little understanding, they chose to deny the coupon completely, which felt unnecessary and unhelpful.
I don’t seek free items, but when a business provides a coupon, customers should be able to trust that it will be honored. A little compassion goes a long way, and had they handled the situation differently, I would have gladly left a 5-star review. Unfortunately, because of how I was treated, I can only give 1
