Once I finally did put my order in at 12:58 I stood back and watched another gentleman come in attempt to place his order and get completely ignored by all staff for about 10 minutes. of course being fast food you think that I wouldn’t be waiting 10 minutes. while I was waiting I observed them talking on their headsets to each other about video games and other things I got to the point the gentleman behind me, said something to him and confirmed my suspicion that they were just talking to each other and not actually servicing their customers. This nightmare finally ended at 1:12 when I received my order I do not recommend and I strongly suggest Dairy Queen upper management do something about this.

No one has ever been rude, but I do feel like they are constantly training new people or the current workers aren't quite sure what they're doing. I understand that lines take a while, but it seems like we usually wait at least 10 minutes for our ice cream. We go through the drive thru about 1 or 2 times a month. We still come back. But just be ready to wait.

The food just isn't all that great. I probably won't be getting food from DQ again, but I'll certainly be back for ice cream!
