I waited in line for 36 minutes, only to be handed 5 completely melted Blizzards (spilling all over before i even parked). Not one of them was flipped as Dairy Queen advertises( i requested twice). When I parked and went inside to politely ask why they were melted, the cashier (Claudia) immediately went on the defensive, She told me I “shouldn’t have driven off if they were melted” and even said that if I was “nice” to her she might consider remaking them. After waiting that long and being handed melted ice cream, the last thing I expected was an attitude from the staff of n something that could’ve been remade and a simple issue would t have resulted in this but We won’t be back! Whether she personally made them or not doesn’t change the fact that she handed me melted Blizzards and dismissed my concerns. Absolutely unacceptable service. This location needs serious improvement in both speed and customer service.
