- KKKTOct 17, 20251.0Can someone from management please visit this location. Around 2:30 today and the place was a mess. Food everywhere, on the floor, on the counters. Ice machine not working but you don’t know until after you purchase your drink. I should have walked out but ordered fifty dollars worth of cold food that that they decided to really stretch because they had nothing prepared. Employee dropped rice on the counter and then threw it back in the burrito. Never again, what a waste. Stay away from this location.

When my company asked for fresh birria bc the pan was empty and the spoon was scraping the bottom of the pan the employee got all bent when asked for fresh, like he was buying our food or something, he didn't realize we were together while he took the bowl away with fresh rice in it and slammed it in the trash after saying it'll be 15 minutes for fresh. Some other guy showed up and said we have birria right here. Anyway I got the carne asada. The steak was overcooked and nearly impossible to eat. The steak was fatty, grisly, and nearly impossible to chew, I had to keep pulling it out of my mouth bc I couldn't chew it and it was choking me. The chimmichuri sauce was so salty it ruined my already inedible carne asada bowl. The aguas frescas were amazing and so was the queso blanco with chips. I have not had Chipotle in 5 years and now I remember why. After living in a hotel room for 10 days the last thing I wanted was an overpriced inedible plate of food. Very disappointing.
