- LMLAKESHIA MERIWETHERFeb 26, 20261.0Today I placed an online order. Picked it up and when i got home one of my bowls was supposed to be 1/2 chicken & 1/2 steak and there was no steak in the bowl. Went back to the store and told the work and showed her the bowl and was told it look like steak was in there( like I ate the steak out) I had literally just left there. She went to the back and came back and ask to put the steak on top of the bowl that was already made. I feel like that was not how it should have been down especially when the bowl wasn’t made how it was supposed to. I won’t be back at this location or this food chain for a long time. Very disappointed in customer service.

But as we walked in, the trash cans were full, the tables were covered in food, and the bathroom was covered in urine. There was a guy up front was working on orders with a pair of gloves he never changed even when he went to go out to see his family and give everyone hugs. The girl who made our food was super sweet and changed hers after everything she made! Maybe it was a one off thing for him… but he could’ve had those on all day.
