The food was really good only thing I can say is the corn was crunchy and we waited in line for about 30 mins before being helped. It wasn't bad just some critiquing they could work on.

The rice was undercooked or something, it was starchy and hard. Made the rest inedible as it’s the base of the meal.

Good tasting food at a reasonable price. Most of the time there is a line of people waiting to order but it goes quick. Dining room is clean.

Walked in to place an order. The tall guy behind the counter was sweeping the floor. He stopped to put on gloves and started helping the guy in front of me. He then dropped something on the floor and immediately picked it up with his gloves on and went right back to making that persons food. Not one time did he wash his hands or changes gloves throughout this whole interaction.

So many things are wrong with this location. Let’s start with the fact that the door in the front which is the one people using the disabled spaces would need to use was locked. I’m not talking about he patio which would be even more convenient. The only way for disabled people to get in is to either walk all the way around the building or walk in the dirt to get to the single open door on the building. Unacceptable. Then to add insult to injury they had a line out to the door and seven employees I could count and one single person manning the line and the register completely alone. She was a trooper and nice. She should have had help. Most of the employees where working in the back carrying clipboards doing what I can only assume was inventory during a customer rush. The guy that I can only assume was the manager came out, looked around, shook his head and instead of getting her help, went back to doing whatever it was he was doing. Since no one was really manning the front, the dining room was filthy. The one guy manning the kitchen was too busy to make it look much better than the dining room. What’s sad is the food is actually pretty good other than the stale chips we were served. After going to the Lima Road location, which is much better run, I thought Chipotle had turned a corner and might be making a comeback. I was apparently wrong. This is exactly why people don’t really want to go to Chipotle anymore. Badly managed stores like this one drag down the good ones with them.
