Received an oops, “ your order can’t be placed. Your fees on your card will be replaced in 3-7 business days. You can try to re submit your order or call the store. Not going to attempt to order again online and have issues I decided to call in my order. Placed order for their special and was told sorry that is only for online orders. Can’t make this up. Customer service is at this location is certainly lacking. Unfortunate.

I never received a menu, she provided me one after I had to ask for one, to which took 12 min to receive. Only to then, she never returned back to ask me if I would like to order anything to eat. Management is absolutely unprofessional, and not at all helpful or worried about customer satisfaction. They refused to give me any higher level leadership information, point of contact. It would be nice if corporate would care enough to reach out to get the details of this situation and camera footage of my experience at this location. Maysville, Indiana
- CCChadDec 30, 20251.0Food was alright but please do not go to this location. The one on Lima and DuPont is much better. Visited this location on 12/27 around 9 pm and it was not busy & they were well staffed yet it took 15-20 minutes to be seated. Our food took over an hour to come out. The manager noticed this without us saying anything and said he would discount our food. When we got our bill our waitress said our food could not be discounted since we got a combo and offered us a free appetizer or dessert. With us already being here for 2+ hours and not wanting to wait another hour for appetizers we declined & left.
