  We had Madison as our server and not once did we have to question if she was paying attention to us. We sat down in the heart of a Purdue basketball tournament game and this location did not disappoint. Beer was at our table promptly and my table was very pleased with that even though the place was wall to wall packed for the game. I travel for work every week and my coworkers and I agreed this was by far a great experience at a bdubs. Madison, you rock and this location deserves the recognition as a top tier place to enjoy a great atmosphere and awesome service!

  I’ve continued to try to give my local Bdubs a chance but this location continues to not even meet a ok standard. If you order food for lunch they are 15-20 mins. behind! Tonight I ordered food and it was a 50 minute wait got there and it hadn’t even been started and was told it was going to be another 30 minute wait. We are talking over a 2 hour wait, then I was told I wouldn’t receive my points back and they would right my name down and give me a $42 credit. I spend approximately $1000 a month at Buffalo wild wings throughout the Midwest and the Fort Wayne location on Dupont Road either cannot keep staff or they are extremely poorly managed. I would highly suggest the regional manager figure out what needs to be done with this location As the employees just continue to be put in bad spots because of either the kitchen staff or the poorly managed location.

  Literally never get anything right for to go orders. Tried to call back because this is 4/5 times they are missing items. Stayed on the phone for 10 mins, it ended the call and I called back multiple times and they refused to pick up. They don’t check any orders. If you want your food to be full ready ALWAYS expect to be missing food items.

  I've been here many times in my life to this location of Buffalo Wild Wings🪽🍗✨️🙌🏻✨️🩷💗💝💓💘 the food is yummy 😋, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is nice and big and has a bunch of tvs 📺 with sports on them with different channels and different sports, lots of seating, booths and chairs. Plus, they have a bar. My dad/Father likes to come here on Wing Wednesdays and comes here with his friends. Also, if Nicki still works here please give her a raise. Excellent service 5 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I’m not exaggerating: Every time I place an order for pick-up, it’s wrong somehow. I’ve had missing parts of the order, wrong items/mistakes, and even open boxes spilled into the plastic carry-out bag. The takeout counter is a madhouse, and it is difficult to get the attention of a staff member. Expect a big delay…they don’t staff the counter appropriately. For my family of 4, my wings order is about $100 each time, plus tip. But tipping generously (on a pick up order) has no effect on the quality of service. So - in the end - I’m spending $120+ for a bad experience, delays, and having to double-check everything before I leave. The value just isn’t there for me. And this wasn’t just once…it’s consistently frustrating and I’m the one who feels like a fool for tolerating it for so long. But never again. I’ll drive further and to a less-convenient location just to avoid this place. Never again. EDIT: To management, before you ask: I’ve already filled-out your feedback form. My order number was 1000047370828. My order was so delayed (due to errors when I arrived) that I had time to complete your feedback form and write this Google review while most of my wings sat there and got cold awaiting others that had to be re-cooked due to the error.
