We ended leaving, very hungry and disappointed! Maybe you should stop the online orders and take care of your actual customers in the restaurant!

There were so many containers of to go food on the expeditor counter. And so many people waiting on to go orders.. from DoorDash drivers to customers. I’m guessing they were remaking food because they had no idea what was up there. When we finally got our food it was hot and did taste good. But the wait was beyond too long. At some point someone should have decided to shut off online ordering and DoorDash to get caught up and take care of the guests in the restaurant. The restaurant was maybe 50% full… it wasn’t packed or super busy.

So i went out, shut off my car and went back in. I waited about 10 more minutes. My potato wedges were overdone, but i guess everything else was ok. Not sure if we"ll use takeout again.
