She said “I DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT.” The man and his son felt awkward and left. She saw our order on the screen and said “ I don’t know what a signature scoop is. What is it?” I explained to her what it was supposed to be and she told me they were out of gummy bears. They were then talking about our orders right in front of us how we placed the order on a kiosk. But we went with the kiosk because upon entering the girl said she would be right with us, then did not acknowledge us after that. We decided we just wanted to leave and asked for a refund. She told us she was not able to issue refunds and to come back another day to try and get one. I usually don’t leave reviews but I was appalled at how bad this experience was.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
