The employee admitted he made it wrong after double checking the order cuz HE made it and said I could come get the new one. I worked 15 hours that day and asked if I could just get it the next time I got food there. He said that was fine and didn't give me an expiration. Fast forward to today. I pull in and am about to order food for my entire family so I'm not just there for the replacement sandwich. The lady asked me how long ago it happened and she said that was too long. I'm sorry what? The employee admitted he made it wrong and never offered a refund and now I'm just out of luck? Ok you guys are out of my business. I'll buy food elsewhere. No thanks.

I told the young man at the window I would be returning because of his service, but when I open the bag and tasted the fries before leaving the lot, I will never go back.
