Went through the drive-thru and was told to pull into a parking spot. After waiting 20 minutes, I went inside only to find that they hadn’t even started my order, yet had already served two customers who came after us. When I asked about it, there was no sense of urgency or apology. The wait was so long that my toddler ended up falling asleep. After 30 minutes we just left with part of our order Overall, a very disappointing experience.
