After waiting 20 minutes, I went inside only to find that they hadn’t even started my order, yet had already served two customers who came after us. When I asked about it, there was no sense of urgency or apology. The wait was so long that my toddler ended up falling asleep. After 30 minutes we just left with part of our order Overall, a very disappointing experience.

- RPRick PhippsNov 10, 20251.0On the VA website for Veterans Day they say Arby's will give you a free sandwich not true for Fort Wayne Arby's will give you nothing and that's been true for at least a couple of years while they are not required to do so we veterans fought for your freedom to do so I personally won't go to Arby's until they step up and say thanks.

- JPJason PaulOct 4, 20255.0Walked in looked over the menu, the cashier came up took my order. Showed me the size of the mac and cheese serving. She never stopped smiling. They made the food fresh and packaged it up for me. I would come back for the freshly made food and the smile!!
