Dude I genuinely do not understand how every time I come here, I have to wait 20 minutes. The kid in the drive through window has forgotten where he worked the last two times I’ve been here, saying “welcome to uh.. oh yeah Arby’s” twice in a row.
The food was alright though, nothing to complain about.

We were the 2nd car in line, we've been sitting here in the drive thru for 10 mins and now were in the holding spot waiting for our order. Wth is wrong with this place, I could understand if they were busy but 3 cars total in the drive thru.....
EDIT**after almost 20 minutes we got our order and it's just warm. I'd like to know what too so damn long and it's not even hot?!!

Thank you to Arby's for caring enough about your customers to reach out and try to make it right. I suggest that anyone else whose had a bad experience here let them know, they do care. That's more than I could say for some other businesses. Will be returning to Arby's.

Called the to see what they may be doing for veterans day.. I called another fort wayne location and they responded quickly and wanted me to go to another digital location with more than 50 character location no thanks to difficult and the kicker it there website site said hours may vary because of Veterans Day and they give nothing for Veterans Day.
Went inside due to a big order and they got everything correct.

I visited this Arby's location for breakfast via the drive-through and was genuinely shocked by the unprofessional and downright mean behavior displayed by the staff member.
The employee, Ebony, who seemed completely uninterested in being there, offered service that was nothing short of shitty. Every interaction felt like an inconvenience to her, starting with the way she curtly took the order. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and certainly no attempt at politeness. She projected a consistently rude and sour attitude that made the entire exchange incredibly uncomfortable.
It's one thing to be having a bad morning, but it's another to treat customers with such deliberate coldness and disregard. It felt like she went out of her way to be difficult and unpleasant. This level of miserable service is unacceptable, especially during the morning rush when you're just looking for a quick, friendly transaction. I will seriously reconsider visiting this location again if this is the standard of service they maintain.
