  This is the worst Arby's ever. Does not matter if you only order a drink....they will make you pull over to the side & wait to bring it to you if you are in the drive thru. Of you ask for any sauce packets....most likely they will neglect giving you any. I am going to stop going here I just can't stand the long wait times for the food. Doea not matter what you order the wait time is usually a long time. Why is this Arby's like this? Others in town aren't. Can't stand this reataurant I always know what to expext....a long wait and a cold roast beef sandwich.....Sadly I have a feeling it qill be out of business one of these days soon. I wiah the owner of this franchise would take personal control to turn things around and make cuatomer's experiences a plesant one. Just asking for some food here & quickly. Always a bad experience at this dump.

  Literally the worst, it used to be good years ago. Staff doesn’t care how long you wait that’s if they even offer to take your order… I’ll intentionally drive a couple miles just to go to a different one.

  The "ultimate b.l.t." with extra bacon had a tiny amount of overcooked bacon crumbs on it. Total ripoff.

  This HAS to be the worst Arbys in the continental US. I’ve never once received my food through the drive thru window because they make you park and wait 10 minutes for your cold food. The fries are always half full, and the buns are always stale. The staff is always rude. Someday I will learn to never come back. It couldn’t be a worse experience for fast food- just too close to home to not occasionally give them the benefit of the doubt and hope it will be different this time.
