    We will not be back. We were ordering three meals and as we were ordering someone yelled Damn and was upset we were placing a order. I thought when you go to a fast food place this is what you do is order food. The gentleman at the window just started laughing and we ended up leaving. We were the only customer for them at 9pm. We ended up going to a different Arbys with no issues.

    I use to visit this location often. Always good food and good customer service. Now its completely different. What's with this paying at the drive thru window and pulling up to wait. There's never anyone else in line. Hate to say it but they need to step it up or close this location.

    Literally the worst, it used to be good years ago. Staff doesn’t care how long you wait that’s if they even offer to take your order… I’ll intentionally drive a couple miles just to go to a different one.
