  For one sandwich and 1 iced coffee I wait here 20+ minutes. Funny thing I was the only customer that time.

  I come here most days for my Matcha Latte and when I tell you it’s ALWAYS made perfect and the vibes are great!! Everyone is SO friendly and accommodating!

  This place needs an overhaul. Firstly, I had to order on a screen, which was aggravating. Then we didn't get 1 of our 2 orders of bagel minis. Then I noticed we didn't get our hash browns. I had to go back up twice for the missing items. It took over 20 minutes to get everything. It's too disorganized.

  After reading multiple reviews from others in the area, I would have to agree this is probably the worst Dunkin’ in town. When you order something that says it’s available in the app, only to be told at the window that it is somehow not available/out of stock, multiple times in a year’s span- on top of the constant occurrences of just not receiving something you ordered that is in stock with the rest of your items (or the wrong item), it is extremely frustrating and turns me off from buying anymore fast food in general, let alone Dunkin’. You also can’t even get a refund for the OOS items at the store- they make you go through the customer support online that doesn’t give any type of real time assurance you are even going to get the refund you are requesting. Shop local if you want coffee at this point. My faith in national food chains is at an all time low with how often this kind of thing happens.
