  Customer service training is definitely needed at this location. Some staff had a very nonchalant attitude, and my sandwich looked like it was just thrown together. The croissant was also hard, and I was told it was due to prep, which was disappointing.

  Walked in and was greeted with love and joy!!! Good customer service and didn’t wait that long for my items to be finished. The only thing is that my sandwich had two pieces of bacon on it but all aspects included, great visit to Dunkin on South Anthony!!!!

  Barely a selection of donuts. Waited in line, I was literally the only one waiting to be helped until they let an employee order ahead of me all because she was clocking out. Just rude and people need to learn customer service.

  I ordered on the mobile app for pickup around 7am. They were slammed as I figured they would be. When I walked in the employee asked me my name for the order and got the donuts for me while I waited a few minutes for my sandwich. They did an amazing job with the morning rush!

  Customer service has been consistently declining despite my weekly visits. I’m concerned that a new business would struggle this much in that area, especially when I’m simply asking questions to better understand the online app and menu. The negative attitude I received was unexpected and discouraging.
