  We normally go to Pizza Hut,bit thought for 9.99 we could get a good pizza with 7 toppings. I basically order a large veggie pizza with EXTRA mushrooms. Half the pizza had NO mushrooms on it. When I called to ask for a replacement they said it would be 20 minutes cause they had other orders to make. HELLO , we should be moved to front of that line since we ALREADY PAID FOR AND PICKED UP the order And since THEY screwed up the pizza. To top it off, the replacement pizza was ALSO lacking the EXTRA toppings.. Next time we get hungry for Pizza it wont be DOMINOS pizza.. I made sure to take a photo of the old pizza,to compare it to the replacement once it arrives. Plus we are less than 4 miles away/ 9 minute drive according to Google, and yet they wont deliver to us. Pizza Hut down the road from them on Lima Rd atleast delivers to us 03/25/2026 Don't bother emailing customer support cause they dont respond. They only say they care and ask you to email that address the so called owner gives on here so that anyone reading these reviews thinks the owner actually cares about his customers. I sent an multiple emails to that email address the so called OWNER gave me and NO response. I did that 2 days ago.. Boycott this Domino's.. Pizza Hut about 1 mile away from them has better food.

  Had a horrible experience what are mushrooms on the side of the pizza they put them on the pizza they told me they would replace the order the female denied me you guys suck thanks a lot for wasting my money and I hope all my friends read this will not happen again

  Placed an order online. 1 minute after placing it we saw a mistake and called the store immediately. We asked for the order to be changed and the woman on the phone lied and said the order was already in the oven and she can’t change this. Now we are eating something we can’t eat. 3/9/2026

  Delivery driver forgot my soda. He asked For my room number, Never came back to deliver it. Very disappointed.

  We’ve ordered from here a few times and they have always done a great job. We normally order for parties and order multiple custom pizzas at once. The orders have always been done on time, correctly, and tasted good. The pickup window is also convenient.
