- SBSherry BerryApr 5, 20261.0Priortises delivery orders over call in and front counter orders. Over a hour wait time. Online order showed they were working on pizza, however information incorrect. Tried giving bread parms to appease make up for 1 hour wait. They don't care about call ins. Delivery's prioritise.

There has been no response since. They are clearly doing lip service with no follow through. I only thought of this because I was thinking about getting pizza tonight and realized how much I didn’t want to order from Dominos.

- NSNaomi SchellMar 13, 20261.0Honestly, I’ve always enjoyed eating at Domino’s and it’s my go-to for getting dinner for my family but I don’t want to come back to this store. When I walked into the store to pick up the pizza, I stood there for probably 5 minutes while the two guys behind the counter just stood there talking to each other seemingly oblivious to the customers waiting in the store. After waiting for a bit I noticed on the screen that my order was ready so I called to them and let them know I was ready for their help. One of the young men held up a finger to ask me to wait while he finished his conversation with his friend. Once I brought the pizzas home and opened them for the family, I realized that there were olives on the pizza for the family members who really don’t like olives (I had a pizza with olives too). I thought at first I had made a mistake but then we realized it was a completely wrong pizza. We tried to call to get assistance. The first time I called, the call lasted 18 minutes and after I tried to explain the situation I somehow got hung up on. So I called a second time and it took 45 minutes for them to actually answer the phone again only to be told to call back in an hour to speak to the manager because they were too busy on the make line to speak with me now.
