Even if the line takes longer than expected in drive thru, the workers oftentimes hand out coupons to make up for the delay. I was just served by Kalani, who was so personable, kind, and clarified my adjustments to ensure I was ordering exactly what I wanted. She’s a prime example of the crew here.
