  Forgot my beer cheese for my pretzel bites. Door was locked when I tried to back and get it even though they weren't closed yet. I had to call them and when I went back in to get it, they only gave me 1 little condiment cup of it.

  I am a DoorDasher who lost a $100 bonus by one delivery because they were so busy in the back ignoring the front and gossiping and complaining about their jobs they didn’t get the order to me in enough time for me to make the delivery by a certain time. (Been doing this for years and have never had a problem like this.) I walked back a little bit and tried to get someone’s attention by saying excuse me several times. One server looked me in my face then walked away. The order was done. They didn’t care. They preferred whining about their jobs instead. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate. They cost me grocery money I desperately needed as a cancer survivor with serious dietary restrictions. What pisses me off the most is Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite places to eat when I can afford to because there are things on the menu I can eat and the service is usually stellar. This ruined that for me.

  Have always liked bdubs but why won't they order some damn toothpicks. Been all over and none of them have toothpicks.

  Literally the stupidist thing I’ve ever been told at a restaurant is that the value baskets on their own online menu isn’t available if you sit down at the restaurant and that they want you to pay more than 50% more for that same meal. It doesn’t even matter if the food was good because I’m not going to establishments that gauge their customers that way. It’s unacceptable.

  Me and my fiancé have went to this location for years, since it’s the only one near us. I don’t know if it’s new management or people just not caring anymore. Always have an hour wait for food dining in or carrying out. We carried out tonight and were missing half our food. I know customer service/ food service is demanding but also spending the amount of money the food cost and waiting over an hour and missing half the order is unacceptable.
